Cristine Raquel Rotenberg (born October 17, 1988, age 29), commonly known as Cristine, or his stage name, "Simply Nailogical" is a crime and health statistician, former child actress, blogger, and personality YouTube Canada is known for its role in advertisements and for creating nail art tutorial videos.
As of June 2018, YouTube Rotenberg's main channel has more than 5.4 million subscribers, while its secondary channel has over 2 million subscribers. Collectively, the two channels have more than 840 million views and 7.3 million subscribers.
Rotenberg has been praised for his humor and welcomes YouTube's presence. He always motivates children to "stay in school" and give importance to education that makes it a good example. The J-14 magazine describes Rotenberg "the face of nail art in the internet world." Rotenberg describes himself having an "out-of-the-box" approach to beauty tutorials.

Christine Rotenberg was born October 17, 1988 in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. She has a sister, Jennifer, who is featured in her video. From the late 1990s to the early 2000s, Rotenberg starred in fifteen advertisements for various children's products including Furby and Fib Finder. At the age of 13 years, Rotenberg played the role of young Sophia in the movie "Charms for the Easy Life" in 2002. (Mimi Rogers played adult Sophia.) She finally decided to stop acting children to focus in school.
In 2014, Rotenberg received a master's degree in sociology with a concentration in criminology from Carleton University.

Shortly after defending his master's thesis, Rotenberg launched the Simply Nailogical blog in February 2014. Before making the video, Rotenberg initially posted pictures of his nail art. The blog is off by June 2016.
YouTube
Rotenberg launched his first channel, Simply Nailogical, in June 2014. Initially he focused on a short nail video that was less than a minute long. Finally, once fans are asked to hear his voice, Rotenberg becomes more open on YouTube. He started recording dubbing in his videos, making his tutorials longer, and appearing on camera. Rotenberg has coined the term 'holosexual' in his video depicting a person who is holographic obsessed and calling his followers this term as well.
In June 2016, Rotenberg posted a self-deploying video of more than 100 layers of nail polish titled 100 Coats of Nail Polish #POLISHMOUNTAIN . The video quickly became viral, and the video was copied by many other YouTubers, such as Jenna Marbles. The Daily Dot praised the Rotenberg video, calling it one of the most popular video trends of 2016. As soon as the video was posted, the number of Rotenberg subscribers doubled. The video is featured in the Kids React "Kids Reaction" series in August 2016.
Since its viral video, Rotenberg's main channel has focused primarily on nail art tutorials, humor, beauty tutorials, and more. Her videos featured her cats and her boyfriend, Ben, with her family showing up on some of the posted videos.
In September 2015, Rotenberg created his second YouTube channel, Simply Not Logical. Rotenberg began posting videos on Simply Not Logical in August 2016, with his first video titled Simplymailogical # 1 . At Simply Not Logical, Rotenberg mainly posts vlogs and content outside of the usual nail art tutorials.

Nail Polish
Rotenberg has collaborated with different nail polish manufacturers to create collections, or colors, for brands. A collection titled SIMPLYNAILOGICAL COLLECTION by F.U.N. Lacquer and consists of 6 colors of holo. Collections are promoted in the videos on their channel and on their blogs. Through collaboration with the Live Love Polish website, he also released two Starrily nail polishes called Menchie the Cat and Zyler the Cat , named after his pet. Included in the same set are the Hustler and Capitalist Adventurers.
Philanthropy
In May 2017, Rotenberg and his girlfriend, Benjamin, raised $ 25,000 to the Ottawa Humane Society by selling merchandises with their cats, Menchie and Zyler. As a result of their work, a room in a human society is named after two Rotenberg, Menchie and Zyler cats.
On August 19, 2017, Rotenberg announced that he would give a semester tuition to customers who are currently enrolled in a Canadian college or university to motivate them to pursue higher education.
Personal life
Rotenberg works full-time as a health crime and statistics analyst, and currently lives in Ottawa, Canada with his girlfriend, Benjamin Mazowita, and their two cats, Menchie and Zyler.
