The Toyota Camry (XV50) is a midsize car manufactured by Toyota from August 2011 to 2018. Changing the XV40 series, the XV50 represents the seventh generation Toyota Camry in all markets outside of Japan, different.

Development
The new Camry was introduced on August 23, 2011 and debuted in the 2011 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series on August 27, 2011. Toyota introduced a substantial mid-cycle recycling to the Camry XV50 in the 2014 New York International Auto Show in April 2014. This change applies to the entire Camry range and is dubbed the "big little change" (not the new generation), consisting mainly of the change of most panels exterior - only the roof remains unchanged. The powertrain remains unchanged from the pre-facelift model.
Facelift includes an aggressive front bumper featuring a wider and more prominent form of trapezoidal grille. The interiors receive a more premium appearance, with better materials and facilities. Window seals and doors are improved to reduce wind and road noise.
Toyota started production of the restored Camry for the Russian market in November 2014. The car features a new design and a new 2.0 L 6AR-FSE engine, 150 bph (112 kW), paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
In China, the facelifted Camry was launched in January 2015. The available machines are 2.0 L 6AR-FSE and 5AR-FE which is a Chinese variant of 2AR-FE four-cylinder. The trim levels are named as 2.0E D4-S (entry model), 2.0G D4-S, 2.0S D4-S, 2.0G D4-S Luxury, 2.5G, 2.5S and upper 2.5Q models. Prices start from 184,800 yuan to 289,800 yuan ($ 27,840 to $ 43,660 USD).

In February 2015, for the 2016 model year, Toyota released the Special Edition Camry for the US market - limited to 12,000 units. Based on the SE model, it has a unique black and silver gloss painted 18-inch alloy wheels, blue accents and seams all over the interior including a white, facial-faced seater with aluminum trim, smoking taillights, Special Edition mats and baggage emblem. The Camry Hybrid received enhancements, including a revised Hybrid Synergy Drive version, paired with an Atkinson cycle version of the standard 2AR-FE 2.5-liter 4-cylinder, 2AR-FXE. This engine generates clean system power of 149 kW (200 bhp), up from 139 kW (187 bhp) on the previous model, and allows the new model to achieve a 39% increase in fuel economy rating, giving the best MPG Camry Hybrid rating among mid sedans -size. Camry Hybrid uses nickel-metal hydride traction battery sealed 1.6 kWh.

The prestigious Camry, sold in Japan and other Asian markets, received a major facelift in 2014 (for 2015 models) and unveiled at Moscow International Automobile Salon. However, Aurion itself in Australia has not received the same treatment, but a much smaller facelift based on the original design.
